Given that the only way you could have changed from Windows 7 32-bit to Windows 7 64-bit was by doing a clean install of Windows 7, you would have needed to re-install your printer. Up to 2x more prints with Original HP Ink vs. Does it make a difference for the printer if I run 32bit or 64 bit? Do I need another driver? Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.
